About

By day, I am a certified wellness coach, supporting people in bringing their wellness visions to life; by night, you'll find me watching sci-fi re-runs, playing video games, and eating lots of delicious vegan food, courtesy of my husband Chris.

I am obsessed with the idea of human potential and I try to make time daily for personal growth activities like learning a new language on Duolingo, reading self improvement articles, or brainstorming ways to add value to the world.

In late February 2016, I went vegan, both in my diet and lifestyle. As a long-time animal lover I finally realized that I could not continue to consume animal products while knowing the cruelty that animals suffer. In my mind, there is no difference between a dog, cow, horse, pig, cat, or chicken. During this time I also discovered the world of cruelty-free, vegan beauty and love trying out new products so I can share them with you. (I want to save you some trouble and make it as easy as possible to make compassionate shopping choices!)
